About Us
Pegah Salami, DMD
Dr. Salami made the dean's list three years running before she graduated from UCSD in 1996 with her bachelor's degree in general biology. She then earned her dental degree, cum laude, at Boston University School of Dental Medicine in 2001. She continues her education through many postgraduate courses and seminars every year. Most recently, her educational focus has been in the areas of orthodontics, cosmetic dentistry, Invisalign certification, and becoming a sedation dentist through DOCS, the Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation.
A local, Dr. Salami attended Torrey Pines. She and her husband live with their two children in San Diego. Dr. Salami enjoys oil painting, cooking, and keeping fit with Pilates.
